Supply Chain Management

Keystone provides service to ensure customers Kanban, Ship to Stock, and MRP systems are expertly managed. We also provide consolidation services and manage external suppliers to ensure a broad offering of technologies and processes.

Contract Manufacturing, Outsourcing and Supply Chain Consolidation Services	Keystone has a combined 40 years of outsourcing experience. We excel at supply chain strategy, selection, and qualification. Our methods are parametric and quantitative, not subjective. We can help customer consolidate their supply chain by taking over the management and assembly key components.
Program Management	Keystone can provide program management services to offload a customer’s burdened design and procurement teams. Using proven methods from high volume industries, Keystone will bring your project in on budget and schedule.
Statistical Engineering, Quality Systems, and Metrology/Measurement	We can work with customers and suppliers to set-up traditional and advanced statistical process control methods, Quality management Systems, and the repeatable metrology (measurement) methods to ensure parts meet specification and process capability with known risk.

Design for Manufacturing, Machining, Test, and Reliability	Working with customer’s design and supply chain teams to ensure every fabricated part will be produced within tolerance and with processes that result in high yields, high process capabilities, low scrap, and at the lowest cost from the start of the project.
Mechanical Design	ProEng, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD models and drawing support, from mechanical design and tolerance analysis, to drawing detailing and releases.
CAM Design	ProCAM: We will work with existing supply base to convert existing CAM designs and assess the economics of existing jobs to find ways to save money.
