  • Anthony Serino, Owner - President

    Anthony Serino: President, Owner

    Anthony’s career and knowledge include many years in business management, including manufacturing, machining, finance, and the law. Like many owners of a company, Anthony did anything that needed doing in the early days of Keystone. Today, he focuses on the business management side, including company finance, quoting, insurance, and machine acquisitions.

    After a 10-year run in banking, Anthony began his manufacturing career at United Tool & Die, Co, Inc. – where he managed multiple phases of the business. During his 26 years at the company, as general manager and then vice president, he oversaw all sales, financial and operational aspects of the company. In addition to working full-time and raising six children, he also obtained his MBA in Business Management from Suffolk University in 1981 and his JD from the Massachusetts School of Law in 1997.

    Today he loves traveling with his wife and spending time with the grandkids. “I’m not one to sit still,” he says.

  • Rob Stanieich, Owner - VP

    Rob Stanieich: Vice-President, Owner

    During his sixteen-year tenure, Rob has managed operations while growing the company to over 50 employees across two facilities. He continues to meet aggressive development goals.

    Rob’s experience includes strategy development for electronic, magnetic, and mechanical test systems and platforms, while driving excellence in design, usability, and cost. Rob’s career includes positions at Maxtor Corporation and Raytheon Corporation in Test Engineering and Development. He received his Bachelor of Science, Industrial Engineering, from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.

  • Steve Bean, Director, Sales

    Steve Bean: Director, Sales

    As Director of Sales, Steve is responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships and forging new ones. He also works with our customers’ engineers and salespeople with regard to reviewing the manufacturability of designs to reduce costs.

    Steve’s career began in 1995 when he became a technician for an infrared optics manufacturer; in 2003, he joined a colleague who opened a machine shop and was responsible for sales, quality, and other front-end issues for four years.

    Steve joined Keystone in 2010 as Quality Inspector, and over the course of his tenure, became Quality Manager, then Director of Operations. He moved into the Director of Sales role in 2023.

    Steve is married with one son and lives on a lake with his family. He’s family-oriented and enjoys boating and fishing with them as much as possible.

  • Joe Sampson - Director Manufacturing Operations

    Joe Sampson: Director, Manufacturing Operations

    As Director of Operations, Joe Sampson monitors the success of production between Keystone’s two facilities, while also working with engineers on DFM solutions.

    He began his career with the company in 2012 as an intern and quickly climbed the ladder from second to first shift supervisor to Director of Operations.

    Pursuing his passion, Joe attended Southern Maine Community College and achieved his Integrated Manufacturing degree with Precision Machining and Welding. He then went on to study Mechanical Engineering at UMass Lowell.

    Joe races motocross and enjoys spending time boating during the summer. “Keystone is really good about giving employees the opportunity to climb internally,” he says.

  • Tyler Stanieich - Director, Finance

    Tyler Stanieich: Director, Finance

    Tyler Stanieich is the Director of Finance at Keystone. Tyler began his career at Keystone at a young age working in many areas of the business. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts Amherst – Isenberg School of Management, he became an accountant for Ernst & Young but realized manufacturing was his true calling. He returned to Keystone in 2019 where he worked his way up to his present position.

    Tyler combines his business experience with an artistic background. He spent a year at the Lorenzo De Medici Italian International Institute in Florence, Italy and has volunteered at the Berkshire Hills Music Academy. In his off-time Tyler, enjoys working out, skiing , boating, mountain biking, and following Boston sports teams.

  • Jon Courchaine, Director, Production Operations

    Jon Courchaine: Director, Production Operations

    As Director of Production Operations, Jon is responsible for overseeing, developing, implementing and evaluating all assembly products manufactured throughout the company. Previous to joining Keystone in 2023, Jon was the New Products Supervisor for Vishay, in Dover, NH, where he was responsible for the build of samples and prototypes for prospective and existing customers.

    Jon received an AS Business Management from Middlesex Community College and continuing education credits in Business Management from New Hampshire College.

  • Tom Balkan, Quality Control Manager

    Tom Balkan: Quality Control Manager

    In his role as Quality Control Manager, Tom verifies that parts are made to print, manages the Quality Control team, and works with the Keystone management team to review the quality system and recommend changes to improve efficiencies and processes.

    Tom joined Keystone in 2021; his deep expertise includes 10 years as a machinist, where he started in 1996, and 17 years in Quality Control, to which he moved in 2006. Tom is a graduate of Shawsheen Technical High School in Billerica, MA. Recently married, he enjoys time with his wife, fishing, camping, and candlepin bowling.

  • Bill Lake - Production Supervisor

    Bill Lake: Production Supervisor

    As Production Supervisor, Bill controls the job flow from machining to inspection. His responsibilities include streamlining production, controlling tooling and fixturing, and problem-solving with machinists.

    Before joining Keystone, Bill was a self-employed carpenter for 16 years. His trained eye for detail has served him well at Keystone. He’s been with the company since 2010, where he has continued to hone his skills – as well as help set the company on a path for continued growth.

  • Aaron Sheehy, Technical Lead Programmer

    Aaron Sheehy: Technical Lead Programmer

    As Technical Lead Programmer, Aaron is responsible for establishing the process needed to manufacture machined products. Aaron is also integral in teaming with engineers for design manufacturability. What he enjoys most about his job is the creativity.

    Before joining Keystone in 2018, Aaron owned his own machine shop for four years. His machining experience also includes eleven years as a CNC Programmer. A lifelong artist and family man, Aaron enjoys tattooing and spending time with family on the weekend.

  • Holly Stanieich, Office Manager

    Holly Stanieich: Office Manager

    As Office Manager, Holly is responsible for overseeing the administrative department, from bookkeeping to HR. A former teacher, Holly attended Salem State in Massachusetts where she achieved her ECE degree. She joined Keystone in 2011 and says the best part of her job is taking care of the three office dogs. Her son Tyler adds, “She’s also a great mom!”
